§ 1 RAS MEDICAL® Portal
1.1. RAS MEDICAL® is an informational platform containing data on providers of medical and wellness services (hereinafter referred to as Medical Providers). Its purpose is to provide portal users with information about Medical Providers, their services, and approximate costs.
1.2. RAS MEDICAL® is intended solely for individuals over the age of 18. A user may use the services of RAS MEDICAL® on behalf of a third party under the age of 18.
1.3. Information about Medical Providers on the RAS MEDICAL® portal is based on data provided by the Providers themselves or obtained from various online and offline sources. This information is carefully analyzed, monitored, and updated by the RAS MEDICAL® administration. However, it is not guaranteed that all information is accurate, complete, or correct. RAS MEDICAL® is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, misleading or false information provided by Medical Providers.
1.4. RAS MEDICAL® should not be considered as an explicit recommendation of any particular Medical Provider or as a confirmation of the quality, service level, or qualifications of its services. The RAS MEDICAL® portal does not replace a medical consultation and serves informational purposes only.
§ 2 RAS MEDICAL® Services
2.1. RAS MEDICAL® provides organizational services to the User. The cost of each service is calculated separately or as part of a service package. A detailed list of services is provided in an individual offer made to the patient or client.
2.2. RAS MEDICAL® does not direct Users to specific Medical Providers but only informs them of possible diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation options based on the User’s needs, including preferred timeframes, geographic location, medical indications, and more. Thus, the User is provided with possible options and a list of Medical Providers with information about their specialization. The User is free to choose any of them and use their services.
2.3. RAS MEDICAL® facilitates communication between the User and the Medical Provider. The medical services agreement is concluded directly between the User and the Medical Provider. RAS MEDICAL® does not influence doctors’ recommendations regarding diagnosis/treatment.
2.4. RAS MEDICAL® also provides Additional Services that help facilitate and accelerate the organization of the medical trip. The cost of each service is calculated individually or offered in a package.
RAS MEDICAL® services include but are not limited to:
- Response to inquiry within 24 hours
- Assistance in selecting a clinic based on disease specifics
- Fast-track request processing and appointment scheduling
- Visa support, including issuing an invitation letter from the clinic
- Passport control letter (if a visa is present)
- Visa extension, if treatment/examination continues
- Personal manager throughout the medical program
- Program coordination by an RAS MEDICAL® physician
- Consultations with doctors from one or multiple clinics
- Negotiations to optimize diagnostics and treatment costs
- Invoice control, refund of unspent funds
- Medical support for 3 months post-treatment
- Assistance in purchasing and transporting medications
- Airport and in-city transfer services
- Air ambulance and medical transport services
- Assistance with booking tickets and accommodation
- Medical interpreter-coordinator
- Remote consultation organization with detailed treatment recommendations
- Quality control audits at all service stages
§ 3 Obligations of the Parties
3.1. User’s Obligations
3.1.1. The User must fulfill the necessary preconditions for the successful execution of the medical program. The User must provide complete information about the illness; otherwise, RAS MEDICAL® cannot effectively organize the medical program.
3.1.2. The User must follow the recommendations of the doctor and clinic staff.
3.1.3. The User is responsible for the actions of both the Patient and any accompanying person as if they were their own.
3.1.4. The User must arrive at the clinic on time for diagnostics or treatment.
3.1.5. The User must leave the country of diagnosis and treatment after completing the program, unless they are a resident of that country.
3.2. RAS MEDICAL®’s Obligations
3.2.1. RAS MEDICAL® is responsible for organizing the medical program and service-related support. RAS MEDICAL® is liable for organizing the reserved program.
3.2.2. The agreement for the provision of medical services is concluded between the User and the Medical Provider.
3.2.3. RAS MEDICAL® does not influence doctors’ recommendations for diagnosis/treatment. Full responsibility for the quality of medical services lies with the Medical Provider.
3.2.4. RAS MEDICAL® is not responsible for visa denial by consular offices, passport and customs control decisions, or force majeure events.
§ 4 Order Cancellation Policy
4.1. The User has the right to cancel RAS MEDICAL® services at any time without stating a reason. In such cases, the following terms apply:
4.1.1. If canceled before the program starts, the User will receive a refund for services not yet rendered, minus transaction and already incurred service costs.
4.1.2. If canceled during the program, no refund will be provided.
4.2. The User may cancel RAS MEDICAL® services free of charge (full refund minus transaction costs) in the following cases:
4.2.1. If a doctor determines the User is not eligible for treatment (supporting document required within 2 weeks)
4.2.2. If a doctor determines the User is unable to travel (supporting document required within 2 weeks)
4.2.3. In case of natural disasters or military conflicts (affected party must notify the other party within 7 days; if circumstances cannot be resolved, the agreement may be terminated in writing)
4.2.4. In the event of death (automatic cancellation upon document submission)
4.3. The User may cancel Additional Services free of charge if they have not yet been provided or arranged by RAS MEDICAL®. If services involve third parties, the third party’s terms apply.
4.4. To exercise the right of cancellation, the User must notify RAS MEDICAL® via written statement (e.g., mail, fax, or email).

§ 5 Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds are processed according to Section 4 (Order Cancellation).
5.2. Refunds apply to services not rendered. Users must pay for any services already provided upon request prior to cancellation.
5.3. Refunds will be made to the same account from which payment was made. If that’s not possible, the account holder must provide an alternative account and confirm in writing that they initiated the transfer.
5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from cancellation, provided valid account information is submitted. If submitted later, refund will be made within 14 days after account confirmation.
§ 6 Confidential Information
6.1. The User agrees to provide RAS MEDICAL® with necessary medical documents (diagnosis, discharge summary, outpatient record). The User waives doctor-patient confidentiality towards RAS MEDICAL®, enabling contract execution.
6.2. The User must provide their real full name, phone number, email, and agree to these Terms of Use and RAS MEDICAL®’s Privacy Policy.
6.3. The User may request deletion of all personal and medical data by emailing ras.medical@inbox.ru. In line with the Privacy Policy, RAS MEDICAL® will delete or block personal and sensitive data upon request.
6.4. After account closure, RAS MEDICAL® will not use the User’s data for any purposes, especially not for advertising.
§ 7 Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
7.1. RAS MEDICAL® is an informational-analytical portal for finding Medical Providers and physicians with specific specialties, qualifications, and experience. Information is obtained directly from Medical Providers, doctors, or other sources. RAS MEDICAL® makes efforts to verify and exclude false data.
7.2. The portal administration verifies Medical Provider and doctor information, including license checks, subject to available resources.
7.3. Information on services, doctor specialties, illnesses, diagnostics, and treatments is for reference only. RAS MEDICAL® does not guarantee its accuracy or scientific relevance.
7.4. Users are strongly advised to seek qualified medical care directly from doctors, including those listed on the portal. RAS MEDICAL® bears no liability for the quality of care provided.
7.5. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement or the Medical Service Agreement, RAS MEDICAL® offers no guarantees regarding the quality of medical care from Providers.
7.6. By using the portal, the User agrees to these terms and accepts all risks and liabilities, including financial risks.
§ 8 Intellectual Property Protection
8.1. All information on the RAS MEDICAL® portal, including texts, logos, site structure, and organization system, is the property of RAS MEDICAL® and is protected by copyright law.
8.2. Use, publication, or reproduction of materials without written permission is prohibited. Any use of content must reference the source.
8.3. All materials are for informational, non-commercial use only. Copying for commercial offers is illegal and will be prosecuted under Kazakhstan law.
§ 9 Force Majeure
9.1. In the event of circumstances that make it impossible for either party to fulfill contractual obligations—such as fire, natural disasters, military actions, or restrictions by government bodies—the fulfillment timeline will be extended accordingly.
9.2. The Party for whom it has become impossible to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement must notify the other Party of the occurrence and cessation of such circumstances no later than 7 (seven) days from the moment they arise. If these circumstances cannot be resolved, both Parties may terminate the contractual relationship, which must be documented in writing.
9.3. Valid evidence of the existence of the aforementioned circumstances shall be documents issued by the relevant authorities.
§ 10 Applicable Law
10.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. All claims must be submitted in writing.
10.2. If it is not possible to reach an agreement amicably, claims shall be considered by the court of first instance at the place of registration of RAS MEDICAL®.
§ 11 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
§ 12 Amendments to the Agreement
The Administration of RAS MEDICAL® has the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing a new version on the Website indicating the time of update. The User agrees to regularly review the text of the Agreement published on the Website in order to stay informed about any changes.
